Overview
Hendon Golf Club in Mill Hill, London was designed by the renowned golf course architect Henry Colt in 1925.
Colt's courses are often characterised by a wealth of fine mature trees and the golf course at Hendon is certainly no different with Silver Birch, English Oak, Poplar, and Willow very populous.
A feature of the hole is a watercourse crossing the fairway about a 100 yards from the green with an attractive stone bridge (modelled on the one crossing the Swilken Burn at St. Andrews) spanning it.
Greens are small and well guarded, and in keeping with the rest of the course, are always in outstanding condition throughout the year.
